Ursa Major was created by Raistlin Majere[Ext 2] when he wished to sow some chaos into the arena battles that had been staged by Ares within his Colosseum. After he placed the entire colosseum, volcano and arena included, upon the comet that was bound for Earth he changed the trajectory of the comet so it would collide with The Chimera, which belonged to Grand Admiral Thrawn, and then brought down the entire star constellation into the arena in a physical form - the Ursa Major bear. Upon seeing the bear Antestarr decided to ride it but the bear, valuing its personal space, went crazy and started running around the arena with Antestarr atop of it[NeS1 1]. When Trixie, the giant cybernetic Rottweiler, entered the arena their eyes locked and they fell in love. Just moments later they returned with half-cybernetic dog, half-space bear puppies[NeS1 2]. Trixie and Ursa Major set up their own bedroom somewhere in the arena which consisted of a gigantic bed for them to sleep in. When Morris the Cat snuck in he suddenly screeched aloud when MaybeChild stood on his tail. She had been looking for a mushroom which she proffered up to Ursa Major when he loomed over her ready to maul her. At the offer he became confused by her innocence and accepted the gift before he then left[NeS1 3].
