Cardea is the Goddess of Door Hinges, allowing doors to open or close or, perhaps, to exist as doors. She lives on Mount Olympus with all of the other Terran Deities and has a particular rivalry with Portunes, the God of Locked Doors.

When arguing with Portunes, the God of Locked Doors, over which of them is the superior door deity, Zeus, the king of the Greek Gods, sent Priapus to ask the two to stop arguing and disturbing everyone else. As soon as Priapus draws close the two of them, shocked by the phallic-appearance of Priapus, are stunned into silence. Task accomplished, Priapus left[Pan 1].

Britt's Commentary

"Cardea is based off of the real Roman God[Ext 1], Cardea[Ext 2]." ~ Britt the Writer.
